The Services

Shailendra Kadulkar provides strategic SEO consulting through three packages: The Visionary Clarity Call (₹15,000 per session), The Authority Blueprint (₹45,000 per project), and The Elite Advisory (₹90,000 per month). The scope of each package is described on the consultation page and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

The Discovery Call is a 15 to 20 minute selection call to assess fit. It is application-based, carries no fee, and is not a consulting session. Acceptance of an application is at our discretion.

Payment Terms

The Visionary Clarity Call: 100% advance payment to confirm your session.

The Authority Blueprint: 60% advance to begin, 40% at the agreed mid-project milestone.

The Elite Advisory: a monthly retainer payable by the 5th of each month. Work for a given month begins once that month is paid.

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes such as GST, which are added at the prevailing rate. International clients may be invoiced in an agreed foreign currency equivalent.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement after payment. You may reschedule a session once with at least 48 hours of notice. A session missed without notice is treated as delivered.

No Ranking Guarantees

No legitimate SEO consultant can guarantee specific search rankings. Search engines change their systems continuously and competitor activity is outside anyone's control. We commit to professional, data-backed strategy and honest reporting, not to specific positions or traffic numbers.

Client Responsibilities

Consulting output depends on access and action. You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to relevant analytics and platforms, and timely decisions. Recommendations not implemented remain your responsibility.

Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep non-public business information shared during an engagement confidential. Client names and results are only used as references or case studies with written permission.

Intellectual Property

Strategy documents, blueprints, and reports delivered to you become yours to use within your business once paid for in full. Underlying frameworks, methods, and tools, including the ASR Framework and NEXUS 360, remain the property of Shailendra Kadulkar and Movinnza®.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
